Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Economy Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Certain high-value commercial equipment may require additional verification

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and compliance with food safety standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened packages of Coffee Filters
  • Opened packages of Coffee Pods and Capsules
  • Opened containers of Cleaning Products
  • Custom or special-order commercial equipment

Note: This doesn’t affect your statutory rights for defective products.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories. Affix the provided return label (for U.S. returns) or follow international return instructions.

Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your request.

Refund Information

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing (timing depends on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers: Customs/duties fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Once your return is received, we’ll ship the replacement item
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective equipment (especially commercial espresso machines):

  • Some cases may require return of the defective unit for manufacturer inspection

Commercial Equipment Special Notes

For business customers purchasing high-value machines:

  • Some manufacturers require direct authorization for returns
  • Restocking fees may apply (typically 15-20%)
  • Special shipping arrangements may be necessary for heavy equipment
