The steel frame and lid are chrome plated in a multi-coating process that produces a tough durable finish with a remarkable depth of red color that is then polished to a gleaming shine. The polypropylene handle is produced in a Matte Black finish that enhances the timeless design and provides a comfortable large grip. The Bodum Chambord is dishwasher safe.
